BOOTH FEES & SPECS

If you are not able to be a partner of this year’s conference (Sponsorship Opportunities), but would like to exhibit, please review the following information. If you have chosen a partnership level that includes a booth, you will not be charged, but still need to reserve a booth by completing the online exhibitor contract. Don’t miss out on this once-a-year opportunity to expose your company and products and/or services to a target audience of Distance Learning Professionals.

Corporate Exhibit Package | $2,500 - PURCHASE ONLINE

Fee Includes:

  • 6-Foot Skirted Table, Two Chairs, Pipe and Drape, and a Sign to identify the display. Opportunity to set up a “tabletop” display or “booth” and a reasonable amount of stand-alone equipment.

  • Exhibit Space allocated for each booth measuring approximately 10 ft. deep x 10 ft. wide. There will be 8 ft. high pipe ad drape along the rear of the space, and each space will be separated by 8 ft. x 3 ft. pipe and drape.

  • Two Full Corporate Conference Registrations with TxDLA Memberships*
  • Vendor Showcase Presentation: Opportunity to present a 50 minute presentation during a regular breakout session time. Showcase is available on a first come, first served basis as space is limited. Exhibitors must request and submit session information by deadline specified in a follow-up email once booth space is contracted.

  • Company Name, Logo and 50-Word Description on TxDLA Website and in Printed Conference Program

  • Conference Bag Stuffer: Opportunity to provide small promotional item in attendee registration bags. We encourage useful promotional items, tools, or media rather than paper brochures/flyers. You must provide enough quantity for all registrants.

  • Three Booth Representative Exhibit Hall Passes* for booth representatives/workers who don’t want to participate in the entire conference. No meals are included in these passes.

  • Basic Ethernet Wired Internet Connection*

  • 5-Amp Electrical Connection*

  • Carpeting

  • Opportunity to Participate in Exhibit Hall Events Such as Engagement Games and Contests

Non-Profit Exhibit Package | $1,000 - PURCHASE ONLINE

$1,500 after February 25, 2013. Fee Includes:

  • Tabletop or Booth at Location to be Assigned by TxDLA

  • 6-Foot Skirted Table and Two Chairs

  • Exhibit Space approximately 6 ft. deep x 10 ft. wide

  • One Full Corporate Conference Registration with TxDLA Membership.

  • Three Booth Representative Exhibit Hall Passes* for booth representatives/workers who don’t want to participate in the entire conference. No meals are included in these passes.

  • Carpeting

  • Please note that electricity and internet are NOT included in the Non-Profit Exhibit Package*

  • Opportunity to Participate in Exhibit Hall Events Such as Engagement Games and Contests


*Additional exhibitor attendees other than the included conference registrations and the (3) three complimentary badge passes will be required to register as regular conference attendees. Meal tickets can also be purchased for booth representatives not utilizing the full conference registrations.

*There is no need for corporate exhibitors to make advanced arrangements for internet or electricity unless a dedicated T1 line is needed. If additional SERVICES and/or EQUIPMENT are required or for Non-Profit exhibitors who need internet or electricity, please complete the EXHIBITOR SERVICES ORDER FORM. If additional INTERNET is required from the services provided above, please complete the INTERNET SERVICE ORDER FORM. If you have any additional questions about internet or electricity, please contact the phone number listed on the forms.

PAYMENT: Payment in full must be made by March 1, 2013. Previous booth selections will be returned to the open selection of booths if payment has not been received by March 1, 2013.

CANCELLATIONS: Exhibitor cancellation made prior to January 31, 2013 will result in a loss of $100 (cancellation fee). Cancellations made after January 31, 2012, but prior to February 25, 2013, will result in a loss of 50% of total payment. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER February 25, 2013.
